This book has a lot of requirements "daily-exercises" that teach you how and give you information on how to reduce anxiety and stress. It works, but you have to stay with it it is a 21 day program and you have to dedicate the time and resources of your self to get it done.
It will work and it will help. Anxiety is a killer but this book helps you to tame it! It offers practical pro-active suggestions to help relieve stress.
Although we can't control all the stress in life, Dr. Ronsisvalle shows that we can control responses to that stress. The chapters on relaxation are especially helpful, explaining active and passive relaxation styles, and how they can be used in the stressful moment or as a regular practice to help with overall stress. Ronsisvalle's writing style makes this an easy book to read, and it grabs your attention as you "see" yourself in the pages. He combines psychology and Biblical truths as he offers practical, can-do activities.

Kindle Edition. I was recently given a copy of Stress Relief for Life by Dr. Mike Ronsisvalle. As I read it, I was impressed with the amount of practical applications which were presented in it. Usually, self-help books are very theoretical. Not this one.
