In my day-to-day as a real estate professional, I spend a majority of my time in the weeds, acquiring and asset managing value-add multifamily real estate in a few specific markets. One day may be spent negotiating a download and Sale Agreement for a new acquisition, the next may be spent working with our onsite GC to trouble-shoot renovation issues, and others may be spent on calls and meetings with brokers and property management staff. While I enjoy every aspect of the job, this leaves little time for stepping back and thinking about real estate cycles, the forces changing the real estate industry, alternative business plans, and exit strategies. It serves as my escape from the minutia and an avenue to step back and think about the big picture. First, I have an insatiable thirst for knowledge and secondly, I have the utmost respect for the authors of the book.

It taught me that beyond having all the necessary legal and financial knowledge, the stand-out agent is the one with unique resources of information to impress and charm clients. The steps to getting all that information are very clearly laid out. The author is very thoughtful and writes very well. One of the things I liked best was that Scarim's book made me see the role of a real estate agent in a very inspiring way.
It reminded me that this business is not simply about matching downloaders and sellers of houses. It is also about neighborhoods and their history, and communities within the community. It is those kind of details The surprising part to me was that I had missed quite a few of the common sense ideas expressed in this book.
But in my case I found a few common sense things I missed. This is a great resource for anyone looking to grow their social media, especially those in real estate. Absolutely love it and will be recommending it to many!

This book is also great for those that have been in the game a while. The author, Will Sherman, really brings the information to the reader and makes it easy to understand from the very beginning.
He provides wonderful details where they are need and he really is a wonderful source of information. I found that not only was this information useful for selling homes but also for other jobs as well. Will Sherman really is a sales man who knows how to get the item sold in many forms.
He does a great job of telling the reader about what tools they have to use. He also provided information about maintaining your goals. I really liked how he broke down the book and the way he made his formula work for him and the reader.
