Mr Gethin concentrates on goal setting, why we fail, why we succeed. The push for the "bodyspace" website is that the support does not have to be face to face. The workout is broken in to 3 sections. Lets face it, many of us are not going to hit our goals in just 12 weeks!

He is clear that the basis of nutrition is real food. Supplements are to enhance, not replace, good quality groceries. But remember he is a competitive bodybuilder. That does not mean you HAVE to take everything he does! Over all I can recommend this as a good read. I believe most people will find this book beneficial. I downloadd this book as a Kindle book.

It's not just another exercise book, or plan, or whatever you have tried in the past. As you may read in these reviews, it is a movement. Now I didn't follow to a "T" what this plan was. I used it as a guideline and as motivation. The biggest point Chris makes in this book is staying motivated.
And to do this he provides you with the tools, such as the online website to keep your goals, and the interaction of thousands of others online doing the same plan. This book, along with being motivated to go to the gym and eat correctly, helped me drop 30 lbs.

I am also in much better physical condition and pretty solid. What makes his program successful is not only the motivation. But the realization that you can fall off the wagon once in a while. You have to cheat on your diet and enjoy life.
